Senior Consultant

Ben is a recruitment professional with over 6 years of experience within both a tier one recruitment firm and recently South Australia’s primary electricity distributor, SA Power Networks.

Throughout his career, Ben has successfully worked across a variety of different job families and now joins Redpath Partners as a Senior Consultant, specialising in Commercial Construction in SA. Ben is passionate about empowering the people he works with, and prides himself on his ability to build long lasting partnerships with his clients and candidates. Ben is committed to sourcing top talent for his clients, whilst ensuring candidates find their dream roles.

Ben is driven, outgoing and maintains a positive approach towards his work. He strives to ensure that whoever he engages with has a memorable and valuable recruitment experience.

Consultant

Commencing with Redpath Partners in August 2022, Leah is working as specialist in the Civil sector. Primary focus includes white collar roles for Adelaide’s civil infrastructure projects, with clients ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3, in head contractor, consultancies and client side.

Leah has a strong commitment to cultivating meaningful connections with stakeholders and providing exceptional service. She also takes pride in exceeding expectations and maintaining a genuine and professional demeanor throughout her interactions.

With over 3 years previous recruitment experience prior to Redpath, Leah has collaborated with government departments to fulfill their business support staffing needs. This included recruiting for positions such as executive assistants, project officers and administrative staff. Additionally, she has worked with clients in the Oil & Gas industry and recruited for roles related to the South Australian submarine project.

Associate Consultant

Hannah is a dedicated recruitment professional with a blend of construction sector and recruitment experience alongside a passion for connecting talent with aligned opportunities.

Originally from Sweden, Hannah moved to Australia in 2020 and quickly made her mark in the construction industry, taking on a range of blue-collar roles. In 2023, Hannah transitioned her career into recruitment, bringing her first hand knowledge of the industry to understand clients’ needs and successfully placing candidates. Now, as an Associate Consultant at Redpath Partners in Adelaide, Hannah specialises in client-side project management.

She’s all about providing top-notch service to both clients and candidates, making sure projects run smoothly, and building strong, genuine relationships with her energetic personality.
