Senior Principal

Ashley is a Senior Principal with Redpath Partner’s North American Business. She worked at two boutique executive search firms prior to joining Redpath Partners in 2015. Her most recent role in search was as a Director, focused on growing the firm’s real estate investing search practice.

Ashley’s expertise in real estate spans a variety of strategies to include: debt and equity acquisitions, asset management, REITs, real estate related public securities, structured products, special situations and macro real estate investment themes. Her diverse work in journalism and financial research, prior to her roles in recruitment, creates a unique approach to the overall search process and candidate relationship network. Previously Ashley was a Research Analyst with Pike Capital Partners, a value oriented hedge fund in New York. She started her career as a journalist with CNN / CNN International and later Bloomberg Television. Ashley graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Journalism.
