Charlie joined Redpath Partners in March 2015 to launch the Dubai office and develop the brand and service offering across the MENA region. Having previously setup the Hays Construction & Property Middle East division, he has worked in the Middle East for 16 years, bringing with him over 20 years of specialist technical recruitment experience within the Property & Construction industries to assist both clients and candidates alike with their specific requirements.
In addition to managing the Middle East operations, Charlie has developed long standing relationships with Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private Offices, Real Estate Developers, Asset Management Companies and PMCs in the region, and with that a proven track record in sourcing high level expertise across key technical specialisms including C-suite/Executive Management, Property Development & Project Management on their behalf. Charlie’s knowledge and experience in KSA & UAE in particular enables him to provide a fully comprehensive advisory service to clients & candidates alike.
Ben is an Associate Director in the Dubai office and has 18 years of recruitment experience in the property and construction industry, 10 of which have been gained whilst based in the UAE working across the GCC region.
Ben joined Redpath Partners in March 2015 to provide specialist support to our Design, Development and Construction clients. Initially taking on a board remit helping clients and candidates involved with all phases of the development project life cycle, he has since developed an excellent track record of recruiting candidates specifically responsible for master planning and technical design management of large-scale mixed use, infrastructure, and master-planned projects in the MENA region.
During his time in the region, Ben has built and maintained business relationships with a mix of Architects, Consultants and Real Estate Developers and has recruited both executive and management level positions for some of the largest and most challenging projects currently underway in the region. For the past 3 years he has been heavily involved with supporting our clients in KSA to build their design and infrastructure teams.
Steve has been living and working in Dubai since 2015, specialising in recruiting Design professionals for International Consultancies, Developers and Government Authorities within the Architecture & Design sector. Steve has developed an extensive network of clients and candidates across the Middle East partnering with some of the world’s most prestigious architectural design firms, who boast some of the regions iconic projects.
Since joining Redpath Partners, Steve has been given the opportunity to work on some of the regions large-scale masterplanning projects and is currently focused on supporting the development of Saudi Arabia in line with Vision 2030, building out design teams on a number of exciting projects across the Kingdom.
Before relocating to Dubai, Steve worked as the HR & Recruitment Officer for The University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada ranked in the top 40 universities globally.
Nathan joined Redpath Partner Dubai office in 2018 after spending 7 years in UK Real Estate Executive Search. His focus there was on attracting private sector talent to public sector real estate companies.
In the GCC he has collaborated with CEO’s and Investors to hire C-Suite as well as Board Members for newly established Real Estate DevCo’s OpCo’s and PropCo’s. He has also partnered with top tier private real estate developers to hire key real estate executives. These skills have become particularly relevant for major companies with significant land banks who are seeking to develop real estate liquidity into investment grade assets.
Nathan enjoys maintaining strong links with our sister offices in Hong Kong, New York, London and Sydney. These relationships are critical to producing innovative shortlists composed of local, regional and international real estate talent.
Jack joined Redpath Partners in October 2018 to develop our Infrastructure & Engineering business, bringing with him over 10 years of technical recruitment experience, 7 of which have been supporting clients in the Middle East. Jack has proven experience of recruiting specialist MEP, Infrastructure and Design Engineering skillsets and has built out entire teams for his clients from Project Manager through to Director level. Jack focuses on working closely with his clients and candidates and ensuring he delivers a consultative, transparent, and effective recruitment process.
With an extensive Infrastructure and Engineering network he is able to attract, source and recruit industry experts for Developers, PMC’s, Operators, Rail System providers, Contractors & Consultancies from engineer level through to senior management.
Outside of work you will usually find Jack spending time with his young family, hacking his way around the golf course, winning fantasy premier league mini-leagues and supporting Portsmouth FC.
Stefan joined Redpath Partners – Dubai office in May 2017, he specialises in Construction & Project Management recruitment working with leading Project Management Consultancies, PQS Firms and Developers across the Middle East region. This encompasses all construction roles from mid-level management to senior-level executives including; Cost, Commercial & Planning through to Project Management, QHSE & Construction Site Management positions.
Stefan believes that providing a transparent consultative approach with clients and candidates is the key to building long-term partnerships.
Before his career in recruitment, Stefan spent 2 years working as a Quantity Surveyor which has given him a strong technical understanding of Commercial requirements and the construction industry.
Edward heads up Redpath Partners Corporate Services and Saudization desk for the Middle East. Specialising in roles in the core areas of Finance, Marketing & Sales and Human Resources.
Since joining Redpath Partners in 2018, Edward has recruited across all levels and his open and honest approach along with a genuine demeanour has allowed him to build trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Edward’s success comes from understanding that behind all great projects and companies is an effective support framework of corporate professionals.
In 2019 he also established Redpath Partners’ specialist Saudization desk, born from a genuine passion for the country and its Vision 2030. Working with Saudi government and private sector clients in identifying the best Saudi National talent for their teams.
Cameron joined Redpath Partners Dubai office in January 2022 to develop and lead our Construction division. Prior to moving to the Middle East Cameron spent 9 years in the UK specialising in senior level Construction roles, across Europe. Throughout this time his clients were global contractors and developers working on hyper-scale projects or large mixed-use developments.
Cameron provides an exceptional level of detail to the recruitment process, working efficiently with clients and candidates through regular and clear communication. He has experience in both retained and contingency recruitment and has a wealth of experience in overseeing international moves.
At Redpath Partners, Cameron will be covering an array of mid-management to C-Suite hires, within the construction market.
Lauren joined Redpath Partners Dubai office in November 2021 to strengthen our Project and Commercial Management capabilities. Prior to moving to the Middle East Lauren spent 3 years in the UK specialising in recruiting middle management Construction and Property roles, mainly in the Northeast of England. Throughout this time her clients were regional and national Project Management Consultancies & PQS firms primarily recruiting Project Managers and Cost Managers for some of the largest infrastructure and real estate projects across the UK from £multibillion railway construction to major capital airport expansions.
Lauren ensures an effective recruitment process by working in partnership with both clients and candidates and making sure that they are consulted throughout the entirety of the process to ensure best outcomes for all parties.
Lauren works with leading Project Management Consultancies, PQS Firms and Developers across the Middle East region and is responsible for all Construction roles from mid-level management to senior-level executives with a particular focus on Cost, Commercial and Planning disciplines.
April joined the Redpath Partners Dubai team in March 2021 and provides valuable support to our team throughout the candidate recruitment lifecycle. She provides valuable support to our team throughout the candidate recruitment lifecycle. April works as an Executive Resourcer and her role is to assist in seeking out the industry’s top talent by identifying, attracting, and shortlisting potential candidates for a wide range of positions across the property and construction sector.
April began her career in recruitment in Dubai in 2014 focusing on sourcing applicants for well-established Construction and Engineering companies within GCC and MENA markets. In 2018, April joined an international recruitment firm in Dubai as an Executive Resourcer focused on Real Estate and PMC roles primarily in the KSA market, sourcing the topmost Saudi National candidates.

Laura joined Redpath Partners in July 2019 as our Office Manager in Dubai. Laura is responsible for the oversight of the office operations and liaising with our global team. Using her organizational skills and her engaging personality, Laura manages the daily administration and recruitment coordination activities. Laura’s career is complemented with a background in hospitality, always providing a warm first point of contact for the Dubai office.
