Over the years he has fostered long-term working relationships in both the private and public sectors and is well networked with local industry professionals.

Chris is an experienced recruitment professional who specialises in recruiting within the Real Estate Development and investment market in Melbourne.
In his eight years living in Melbourne, he has successfully built and cultivated an extensive network within the property industry nationally, with a focus on Victoria – where he is based. His knowledge of the market combined with his deep relationship base enables him to partner effectively with clients, providing consultative advice on processes whilst executing assignments from a mid-executive level.
Before Redpath, Chris has operated for two larger, globally recognised recruitment firms both in the UK and Australia. He partners with both privately owned firms as well as institutional groups in assisting them to build their teams and businesses.

Rob, over the last 8 years has developed a Global network of professionals across all levels of Finance spreading across multiple markets including Infrastructure, Energy, Property and Construction.
He immigrated to Melbourne in the summer of 2023 for the foreseeable and is keen to build on his international experience having previously developed long term relationships with clients in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.
His clients have included, Global Investment Banks, Private Equity, Large scale Independent Power Producers, Utilities, and Infrastructure Developers. Building those relationships through the utilization of detailed market analytics and an understanding of what drives individuals.

After relocating to Melbourne for the foreseeable Phil is specialising in the Project Management and Facilities Management sector across Victoria where he will be working with Investors/Developers, and client-side consultancies on their requirements from graduate level to Executives.
