Jay has a career within the recruitment sector spanning 20+ years both in the UK and Australia. Prior to Redpath Jay was responsible for building and leading the construction and property business in Sydney for a globally recognised recruitment service provider. Jay brings with him a wealth of knowledge right across the project lifecycle having worked in every sector from design to build to facility management. Over the years he has fostered long-term working relationships in both the private and public sectors and is well networked with local industry professionals.

Contributing over 20 years of Recruitment expertise within the Architecture and Design sector, Celie has a truly global network of market intelligence having operated in the Australian, UK, Far East and Middle East markets.

Long term clients and candidates have enjoyed a business partner in Celie’s ability to analyse the market, advising and delivering efficient, honest recruitment solutions.

Successfully building International recruitment businesses in new markets, and having had her own recruitment operation for 9 years, Celie is driven by building long term relationships through providing highest quality of service and commitment.

Her clients range from Listed Property Developers, International Design studios, Multi-Disciplined Design and Engineering consultants, National Top Tier Building Contractors, Boutique Design studio’s and Design and Build operators.

Design and Delivery placements range from Mid level to Director and CEO level across Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Graphic Design.

Principal Consultant

Mark brings 3 years’ in-house Talent Acquisition within a sovereign wealth fund and overall 11 years Recruitment experience to Redpath, focusing on the thriving Property sector in Victoria.

Extensive experience dealing with Sector Heads and building their teams, understanding the holistic recruitment process.

Mark has a passion for building long term relationships with clients and candidates offering strategic market advice.

Principal Consultant

Rob, over the last 8 years has developed a Global network of professionals across all levels of Finance spreading across multiple markets including Infrastructure, Energy, Property and Construction.

He immigrated to Melbourne in the summer of 2023 for the foreseeable and is keen to build on his international experience having previously developed long term relationships with clients in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.

His clients have included, Global Investment Banks, Private Equity, Large scale Independent Power Producers, Utilities, and Infrastructure Developers. Building those relationships through the utilization of detailed market analytics and an understanding of what drives individuals.

Senior Consultant

Phil joined Redpath Partners in early 2022 specialising in Client-side Project Management and Facilities Management.

Phil has over 5 years of recruitment experience, and coming the UK he specialised in Real Estate and Facilities Management, working with developers/Investors, In-House clients, and consultancies throughout the UK.

Having built long-term relationships over the 5 years, Phil is known for his articulate, thorough, and in-depth search for the best talent in the market relating to the requirement which made him one of the go-to consultants in the sector.

After relocating to Melbourne for the foreseeable Phil is specialising in the Project Management and Facilities Management sector across Victoria where he will be working with Investors/Developers, and client-side consultancies on their requirements from graduate level to Executives.

Senior Consultant

Olivia brings a combined 9 years’ experience across Sales, Marketing and Recruitment. Originally from New York, Olivia worked for notable luxury brands in both America and Australia working her way up to a Client Relationship and Sales Manager where she recruited for and trained a team. Olivia realized her passion for people and the importance they play in a business, thus beginning her Recruitment career.

Prior to her venture to Australia, Olivia studied Property and was trained and mentored within her family Property Investment business where she learned her passion for the industry.
Olivia now specializes in Sales & Marketing Recruitment for Redpath Partners across the full property lifecycle for Sydney and Melbourne. Positive spirited and diligent in nature, Olivia utilises her ability to listen to requirements and identify a solution, endeavoring to create a strategic partnership and long term fit for all parties.

Amelia brings over five years of experience in recruiting senior and executive-level professionals to diverse teams. Honing her skills within recruitment, Amelia has enjoyed working exclusively with clients on Executive search assignments.

Recruiting roles as Executive Director, General Manager, Operations Manager, CFO, and Members of the Board.
Originally from Sydney, she brings a unique perspective shaped by her experiences living in America and now calling Melbourne home.

Fuelled by a commitment to fostering partnerships, Amelia is now passionately managing recruitment for property development for the Melbourne market.
