Prior to Redpath Jay was responsible for building and leading the construction and property business in Sydney for a globally recognised recruitment service provider. Jay brings with him a wealth of knowledge right across the project lifecycle having worked in every sector from design to build to facility management. Over the years he has fostered long-term working relationships in both the private and public sectors and is well networked with local industry professionals.

Successfully building International recruitment businesses in new markets, and having had her own recruitment operation for 9 years, Celie is driven by building long term relationships through providing highest quality of service and commitment.

Mark brings 3 years’ in-house Talent Acquisition within a sovereign wealth fund and overall 11 years Recruitment experience to Redpath, focusing on the thriving Property sector in Victoria.

Extensive experience dealing with Sector Heads and building their teams, understanding the holistic recruitment process.

Mark has a passion for building long term relationships with clients and candidates offering strategic market advice.

Phil joined Redpath Partners in early 2022 specialising in Client-side Project Management and Facilities Management.

Phil has over 5 years of recruitment experience, and coming the UK he specialised in Real Estate and Facilities Management, working with developers/Investors, In-House clients, and consultancies throughout the UK.

Having built long-term relationships over the 5 years, Phil is known for his articulate, thorough, and in-depth search for the best talent in the market relating to the requirement which made him one of the go-to consultants in the sector.

After relocating to Melbourne for the foreseeable Phil is specialising in the Project Management and Facilities Management sector across Victoria where he will be working with Investors/Developers, and client-side consultancies on their requirements from graduate level to Executives.

Amelia brings over five years of experience in recruiting senior and executive-level professionals to diverse teams. Honing her skills within recruitment, Amelia has enjoyed working exclusively with clients on Executive search assignments.

Recruiting roles as Executive Director, General Manager, Operations Manager, CFO, and Members of the Board.
Originally from Sydney, she brings a unique perspective shaped by her experiences living in America and now calling Melbourne home.

Originally from New York, Olivia worked for notable luxury brands in both America and Australia working her way up to a Client Relationship and Sales Manager where she recruited for and trained a team. Olivia realized her passion for people and the importance they play in a business, thus beginning her Recruitment career.

Prior to her venture to Australia, Olivia studied Property and was trained and mentored within her family Property Investment business where she learned her passion for the industry.
Olivia now specializes in Sales & Marketing Recruitment for Redpath Partners across the full property lifecycle for Sydney and Melbourne. Positive spirited and diligent in nature, Olivia utilises her ability to listen to requirements and identify a solution, endeavoring to create a strategic partnership and long term fit for all parties.

With over 6 years in Accounting & Finance recruitment in the Irish market, Seán will be recruiting across all things finance with a focus on senior talent. Seán previously was over senior & executive recruitment processes in Ireland and supported many MNC’s with short term statutory accounting needs with very experienced teams of contractors to help those business’s meet their reporting deadlines.

Seán’s honest and upfront approach works well with his chosen field of Accounting & Finance and has led many projects building out Accounting functions for large mid sized clients starting with the first hire to the last. A priority in al of his dealings is ensuring open transparent communication between all parties resulting in positive outcomes for all involved.
