Phil joined Redpath Partners in early 2022 specialising in Client-side Project Management and Facilities Management.
Phil has over 5 years of recruitment experience, and coming the UK he specialised in Real Estate and Facilities Management, working with developers/Investors, In-House clients, and consultancies throughout the UK.
Having built long-term relationships over the 5 years, Phil is known for his articulate, thorough, and in-depth search for the best talent in the market relating to the requirement which made him one of the go-to consultants in the sector.

Olivia brings a combined 9 years’ experience across Sales, Marketing and Recruitment. Originally from New York, Olivia worked for notable luxury brands in both America and Australia working her way up to a Client Relationship and Sales Manager where she recruited for and trained a team.
