Phil joined Redpath Partners in early 2022 specialising in Client-side Project Management and Facilities Management.
Phil has over 5 years of recruitment experience, and coming the UK he specialised in Real Estate and Facilities Management, working with developers/Investors, In-House clients, and consultancies throughout the UK.
Having built long-term relationships over the 5 years, Phil is known for his articulate, thorough, and in-depth search for the best talent in the market relating to the requirement which made him one of the go-to consultants in the sector.
After relocating to Melbourne for the foreseeable Phil is specialising in the Project Management and Facilities Management sector across Victoria where he will be working with Investors/Developers, and client-side consultancies on their requirements from graduate level to Executives.

With over 6 years in Accounting & Finance recruitment in the Irish market, Seán will be recruiting across all things finance with a focus on senior talent. Seán previously was over senior & executive recruitment processes in Ireland and supported many MNC’s with short term statutory accounting needs with very experienced teams of contractors to help those business’s meet their reporting deadlines.
Seán’s honest and upfront approach works well with his chosen field of Accounting & Finance and has led many projects building out Accounting functions for large mid sized clients starting with the first hire to the last.
