Last week, Redpath Partners hosted its 2026 Design & Architecture Leaders Lunch in Sydney, bringing together senior leaders from across the design and architecture industry for an afternoon of conversation, connection, and collaboration.

Hosted by Annabel Pease and Celie Jones from Redpath Partners’ Design & Architecture team, the lunch was held at Theatre Royale, Restaurant Hubert, bringing together a diverse group of senior design leaders from across architecture, development, and construction.

The afternoon centred on the people shaping Sydney’s design and architecture landscape, with conversations around the current market, industry trends, talent, and the opportunities ahead.
