The Redpath Partners Melbourne team was proud to take part in the Property Industry Foundation’s Steps for Homeless Youth 2026, joining hundreds of professionals from across the property and construction industry to support a vital cause. The event raises awareness and funds for youth homelessness, with all proceeds supporting The Haven Project – an initiative dedicated to providing safe, stable accommodation for vulnerable young Australians. Every night, more than 46,000 young Australians are without a safe place to sleep. Through events like Steps for Homeless Youth, the industry comes together to help create meaningful change and provide at-risk youth with the support and housing they need to rebuild their lives. We would like to acknowledge the Property Industry Foundation for delivering such an impactful initiative and for its ongoing commitment to ending youth homelessness through practical action and long-term solutions. The 2026 event exceeded its fundraising target, raising more than $155,000 to support The Haven Project and its mission of rebuilding lives, one bedroom at a time. We are grateful to have been part of such an inspiring morning and to stand alongside our industry peers in supporting this important cause.

Redpath Partners was proud to support the inaugural ULI Singapore Capital Markets Forum last Thursday as an event partner, bringing together leaders and professionals from across the real assets and investment management sectors for an afternoon of insightful discussion and industry engagement. The forum featured a series of highly engaging panel discussions covering key themes shaping the Singapore and broader APAC market, including capital flows and deal structuring, the recovery of Singapore commercial property transactions, and private residential development strategies within an evolving market environment. As part of the event, our Head of Singapore, Will Page-Ratcliff, also presented on regional hiring trends across the real assets sector, sharing insights into the evolving talent landscape and market activity across Asia Pacific. A special thank you to Terri Seow, Stuart Mercier and Gerald Yong for the organisation and support in delivering such a successful inaugural event. It was fantastic to connect with so many industry peers and clients throughout the day, alongside our colleagues Aaron Thong and Lucy Langley. We look forward to continuing to support conversations and initiatives that drive the future of the real estate and capital markets industry across the region.

Jade & Matt were pleased to attend the MBM Annual Client Party last night alongside Matthew Treacy. The event brought together a strong group of industry professionals to celebrate ongoing partnerships and collaboration across the sector. It was a great reminder of the value that comes from building genuine, transparent relationships and the role they play in delivering successful outcomes. At Redpath Partners, we place a strong emphasis on long-term partnerships and working with people who share a genuine passion for the industry. Being surrounded by like-minded professionals who are equally committed to quality and collaboration made the evening particularly valuable. It was also clear to see the respect MBM MBM continues to hold across the industry, with expertise spanning both asset management advisory and quantity surveying. Their reputation is well earned, and it’s always a pleasure to engage with a business that consistently delivers at such a high standard. Thank you to the MBM team for hosting a memorable evening.
