It was a a fantastic evening at the Women in Property NSW ‘Inspired By’ series 2026, centred around this year’s theme, Own Your Path.

It was a privilege to have our very own Rhian Davies, moderate a conversation with Lauren Williams (Ball), Judith Pini, Rebecca McKee and Lisa Sorrentino - four outstanding women who generously shared the experiences, challenges and opportunities that have shaped their careers.

The conversation was a great reminder that careers rarely follow a straight line. Having the confidence to back yourself, take opportunities and navigate the inevitable challenges is important, as is creating opportunities for those coming through behind us.
