Danny Dawson leads executive search for the real estate industry with Redpath Partners working with real estate investors, operators, and developers across North America. He has gained 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry having worked in the New York, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, and London. He established our Hong Kong office in 2010 and through his experience has built a thorough network across the real estate industry with investors and developers in North America, Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to Redpath Partners, Danny was the Regional Manager at Judd Farris where he was responsible for leading the strategic growth of the business across Asia, managing a successful team of consultants, whilst maintaining an active recruiting role with property development clients.
He has also gained experience in the property industry working with Colliers International in Australia. Danny started his recruitment career with top tier recruitment companies in Sydney and London where he gained extensive experience in the investment banking and private equity sectors. With a degree in Economics and post-graduate diploma in Business Management.
Danny has excelled in the recruitment industry with his open, honest approach enabling him to develop valued relationships with both clients and candidates – qualities at the core of Redpath Partners’ commitment to a partnering approach.
With over 20 years’ experience Nick has specialized in the Real Estate, Development, and Construction markets for over 14 years, previously launching and growing dedicated practices for a global firm in the UK and US.
Based in New York since 2015 Nick has worked with Developers, General Contractors, Private Real Estate firms and public REITS to identify, source and secure senior level talent across the Development lifecycle.
His combination of market knowledge, delivery orientation and transparency with both candidates and clients alike have enabled Nick to forge lasting relationships in various US markets.
Chris has specialized in executive search and recruitment within the Real Estate, Development, and Construction industry since arriving in New York in 2018. He has partnered with Developers, Real Estate firms, and Construction companies across the US, working for a large global recruitment agency. He has a track record of fostering strong relationships and delivering a highly consultative and thorough search process for repeat clientele.
His 10-year career playing professional football in Australia has given him a deep understanding of the importance of building successful cultures to thrive in a high-performance environment. He holds a Law Degree from Victoria University.
