Redpath Partners was proud to sponsor the second Women in Property | Leading Your Way Lunch, hosted by Property Council New Zealand.
Held at Ilex Café in the Christchurch Botanic Gardens, the sold-out event brought together some of New Zealand's leading property professionals for an inspiring afternoon of conversation, connection and leadership. The event highlighted the strength of talent across New Zealand's property sector and the importance of fostering diverse perspectives within the industry.
Representing Redpath Partners New Zealand, Casey Donnithorne joined industry leaders and professionals from across the country for an afternoon of discussion, networking and shared learning. The event provided a valuable opportunity to celebrate leadership within New Zealand's property sector while exploring the challenges and opportunities shaping its future.
Facilitated by Courtney Doig of Colliers, the discussion explored the role of purpose in leadership, overcoming challenges in a constantly evolving industry, and the value of leading authentically. The candid insights shared by the panel resonated strongly with attendees and sparked meaningful conversations about the future of New Zealand's built environment.
The impressive panel featured:
• Cate Kearney, Chief Executive, Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust
• Laurie Corbett, Development Manager, Ngāi Tahu Property
• Susie Roulston CA, MInstD, Chief Operating Officer, Lincoln University
Drawing on their diverse experiences and leadership journeys, the panellists shared valuable perspectives on navigating career growth, leading with authenticity and creating positive impact within their organisations and communities.
