Andrius joined Redpath Partners’ Search division in 2023, specializing in the recruitment of Real Estate Development professionals for leading developers, investors, and asset management firms across the GCC.

Before relocating to the Middle East, Andrius spent five years working across diverse sectors, including Construction, Private Equity, Finance, Industrial Manufacturing, and Management Consulting. During this time, he focused on senior-level appointments within globally recognized, market-leading companies. With extensive expertise in C-level and Executive search, Andrius has built a growing network of high calibre candidates across Europe, consistently expanding his client base through proactive business development.

He has experience in both retained and contingent searches, giving him the versatility to manage high-volume recruitment needs as well as highly specialized mandates for senior roles.
