Ben Hurst

Ben Hurst is a Director at Redpath Partners in Dubai with more than 20 years of recruitment experience in the property and construction industry across the Middle East. Since relocating to the region in 2013, Ben has worked closely with clients, specializing in placing senior executives in design and development roles.

Since joining Redpath Partners in 2015, Ben has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s regional presence. He has partnered with KSA giga projects and major UAE master developers, successfully recruiting senior leaders and building out full design and development divisions. His expertise includes market trends, hard-to-find specialist skills, and organizational structures, with a relationship-focused approach that has seen many candidates become long-term clients.

In addition to his recruitment role, Ben leads Redpath’s Architecture, Design, and Infrastructure Team and is the account lead for key clients across the region.
