Cameron has led Redpath Partners’ Construction division since joining the business in 2022.

Cameron delivers exceptional attention to detail throughout the recruitment process, effectively engaging with both clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication. With expertise in both retained and contingency recruitment, he also brings valuable experience in managing international relocations. Cameron has strong account management skills and a proven track record of successfully guiding his clients’ hiring strategies. At Redpath Partners, he specialises in mid-management to C-Suite placements within the construction industry.

Before relocating to the Middle East, he spent 9 years in the UK specialising in senior-level construction roles across Europe. During this period, his clients included global contractors and developers involved in hyper-scale projects and large mixed-use developments.
