Charles leads Redpath’s Investment Management search practice in North America and brings over 15years of search experience focused on real assets investing talent, having delivered over 350 successful hires across real estate, infrastructure, and energy. His client base spans middle-market through global private equity funds, credit platforms, hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices.

 

Charles’ work traditionally centers on the placement of senior hires across acquisitions, investments, asset management, and operations positions. He also brings a strong track record in the buildout of portfolio companies, placing senior leadership in finance, corporate development, and investor relations.
