Joe joined Redpath Partners in 2025 to lead our Renewable Energy practice across the EMEA region, bringing over seven years of specialised experience in technical recruitment.

With a strong focus on high-growth sectors such as Solar PV, Onshore and Offshore Wind, Hydrogen, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Data Centres, Joe has successfully built talent pipelines for mission-critical roles across Europe and the Middle East.
