Josh has 9 + years’ recruitment experience and joined Redpath in January 2026 to build out our data centre offering for clients across Australia.

Prior to Redpath, Josh spent five years as an in-house recruiter with a global cloud provider, resourcing data centre professionals across the project lifecycle from design and construction through to operations of critical infrastructure.

Josh brings deep market knowledge of the data centre sector, an established industry network and a highly consultative approach to partnering with both clients and candidates. He is driven by a strong commitment to hiring excellence, with a focus on quality, and long-term working relationships.
