Lauren Cartmell

Lauren has worked with Redpath Partners Dubai since 2021 within the Construction Delivery team. She recruits Commercial, Procurement and Planning professionals from mid-level management to senior-level executives for mega-projects in the Middle Eastern region.

Lauren works closely with Developers, leading Project Management Consultants, and Main Contractors – her empathic and transparent nature ensure an effective recruitment process by understanding client requirements and candidate motivations so that she can work effectively in partnership with both parties and ensure the best outcome.

Prior to her role at Redpath Partners, Lauren spent three years recruiting Project Managers and Cost Managers for significant infrastructure and real estate projects throughout the UK.
