Lucy joined Redpath Singapore in November 2025, specialising in Accounting and Finance recruitment across Redpath’s Singapore GP and LP network.

With a career spanning Investment Banking, Private Equity, and large-scale corporate recruitment, Lucy began her journey in London, placing talent into leading global banks and PE firms. She later moved to New Zealand, where she managed a national graduate recruitment campaign for a major consulting firm before joining the country’s largest privately owned real estate company.

Lucy brings a relationship-focused and consultative approach to her work, combining strong market insight with a commitment to delivering thoughtful, long-term recruitment solutions for both clients and candidates.
