As a senior consultant, she manages all Corporate Services recruitment for Victoria, supporting mid-to-senior level roles across Finance, Human Resources, and Business Support functions.
Megan’s recruitment career began in the U.S., where she partnered with leading health and clinical research institutions to support senior and executive appointments in a high-calibre and highly competitive sector. After relocating to Melbourne in 2023, she expanded her recruitment experience to the Australian market where she gained exposure to clients and candidates in Victoria’s property and construction industries.
