Sam is a trusted recruitment leader with 26 years’ experience, specialising in senior-level talent solutions for the vertical construction sector. After beginning his career in London, he transitioned into construction recruitment in 2007, working with infrastructure and engineering firms before relocating permanently to New Zealand in 2012.
For the past 13 years, Sam has recruited exclusively within the NZ construction market. He has become a long-term advisor to contractors and consultancies across the built environment, with particular expertise in construction and cost management functions.
As New Zealand Lead Consultant for Construction at Redpath Partners, Sam works nationally across commercial, interior fit-out, and residential sectors. He is known for his consultative, relationship-driven approach and enduring partnerships with employers focused on sustainable growth and market leadership.
