Stefan is a Principal Consultant managing our client-side Project and Commercial Management desk.

With over 7 years’ Redpath Partners GCC recruitment experience, Stefan collaborates with leading Real Estate Developers, Project Management Consultancies and PQS Firms across the Middle East. Focusing on senior management positions, Stefan’s areas of expertise include Commercial, Contracts & Claims Management, Project Controls, and Project and Program Management.

Stefan is committed to fostering long-term partnerships through a transparent and consultative approach with both clients and candidates.

Prior to his recruitment career, he worked for two years as a Quantity Surveyor, gaining valuable technical insight into commercial requirements and the construction industry.
