Steve brings over a decade of recruitment experience in the Middle East, establishing himself as a go-to recruiter in the Architecture & Design sector. He has partnered with leading real estate developers and some of the most prestigious architectural design firms to build world-class design teams that deliver cutting-edge architecture across the region.

Steve has had the privilege of working on large-scale masterplanning projects, contributing to the development and transformation of Saudi Arabia. This experience has allowed him to specialize not only in architecture and design but also to lead Redpath Partners’ focus on Smart Cities, Digital Delivery, Environmental and Sustainability. These areas are shaping the future of urban landscapes and digital innovation in line with Vision 2030 across these iconic masterplans.

Before relocating to Dubai, Steve served as the HR & Recruitment Officer at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, which is ranked among the top 40 universities in the world.
