The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to step into a Centre Management environment supporting a busy retail shopping centre. This role requires strong administration capability, including confidence with  invoicing, purchase orders, and basic financial processes .

Experience within  shopping centres or commercial property  will be highly regarded, however strong admin and finance experience is essential.

You’ll join a supportive and high-performing team while gaining exposure across retail property operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Centre Management team
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and assisting with basic financial reporting
  • Coordinating tenant communications and maintaining key documentation (COC, PLI, leasing and sales data)
  • Supporting casual mall leasing, charity bookings, and retailer engagement
  • Assisting with marketing activities and centre initiatives
  • Maintaining records, reporting, and general office coordination
  • Supporting compliance, risk management, and operational procedures

About You:

  • Strong administration experience with confidence in invoicing and finance tasks
  • Experience in shopping centres, retail property, or commercial property highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
