What You’ll Be Doing:- Providing high-level administrative support to a senior property professional
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- End-to-end invoice processing and basic financial administration
- Maintaining accurate databases and performing data entry
- Supporting insurance and compliance tracking (e.g. bank guarantees and public liability insurance)
- Assisting with sales reporting and arrears support processes
- Coordinating documentation, reporting, and general administration tasks
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operational requirements
- Strong exposure to property, finance, and operational functions
