Role
- Working on a wide range of projects including- commercial and multi residential
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations and codes
- Assist in selecting appropriate materials and components for construction projects
- Site observation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and refine designs.
- Produce residential building consent and resource consent documentation
Requirements:
- 7 years NZ experienced post
- Knowledge of the NZ building codes and standards
- Be a competent and efficient user of ArchiCAD
- Demonstrated design ability and proven technical knowledge
- Strong documentation experience
- NZ resident or citizen
