Role
- Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.
- Understand the compliance and consents requirements to produce effective designs and technical drawings.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored design solutions that exceed expectations.
Requirements
- LBP1 is a must for this opportunity
- 6+ years experience as an Architectural Designer/Technician within in NZ.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficient in ArchiCAD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
