Role
- Lead the design process from concept through to developed design.
- Develop creative and innovative architectural solutions that respond to client briefs.
- Prepare high-quality presentation material.
- Ensure designs comply with the New Zealand Building Code, planning requirements, and relevant standards.
- Contribute to the studio's collaborative and design-focused culture by sharing ideas and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience within an architectural practice.
- An eye for design within the high end residential and multi residential space.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing ideas and working in a creative studio environment.
- Passion for architecture and producing thoughtful, high-quality design outcomes.
- Knowledge of the NZ building codes and standards
- NZ resident or citizen
