Role 
  • Lead the design process from concept through to developed design.
  • Develop creative and innovative architectural solutions that respond to client briefs.
  • Prepare high-quality presentation material.
  • Ensure designs comply with the New Zealand Building Code, planning requirements, and relevant standards.
  • Contribute to the studio's collaborative and design-focused culture by sharing ideas and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience within an architectural practice.
  • An eye for design within the high end residential and multi residential space.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing ideas and working in a creative studio environment.
  • Passion for architecture and producing thoughtful, high-quality design outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the NZ building codes and standards
  • NZ resident or citizen
