Role
This is a hands-on role suited to an Architectural Designer who enjoys owning packages from concept through to documentation. You’ll be working closely with senior staff and coordinating with consultants to keep projects moving and documentation tight.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building consent documentation + responding to council RFIs
- Coordinating consultants (structural/services) and integrating changes
- Supporting project delivery through design development, documentation and construction queries
- Maintaining drawing standards, coordination, and model integrity across projects
Requirements
- Proven NZ experience across residential and/or multi-residential projects
- Strong Revit capability
- LBP2 is desired
- Working knowledge of NZ Building Code and consent processes
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with consultants and internal teams
- High attention to detail and pride in documentation quality
- Strong project pipeline in New Zealand
