Role
With ongoing project demand and growth comes the opportunity for the Auckland studio to hire an experienced Architectural Graduate looking to take on more responsibility and elevate their career. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Foster a collaborative and creative studio environment working in partnership with the national offices across New Zealand
  • Concept design, documentation, building consent, resource consent and site observation. 
  • Ensuring design excellence, creative thinking, detailed working drawings, documentation, and delivery of projects
  • Creating detailed drawing and sketches of building structures and developments
  • Ensuring architectural drawings comply with statutory and regulatory building requirements and manufacturer/supplier instructions
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience as an Architectural Graduate within a New Zealand firm, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful project outcomes
  • Experience in design development working closely with a Principal to develop creative and functional architectural designs
  • Ability to produce full sets of working drawings and documentation using Revit in collaboration with a wider team
  • 3D 
  • Past experience in the commercial space
