Role
  • Create detailed documentation for residential and multi residential projects using ArchiCAD. 
  • Ensure all designs align with NZ building codes and best practice standards.
  • Manage and produce documentation for building and resource consents.
  • Collaborate closely with directors, clients, consultants, and council representatives.
  • Liaising with clients through the process  

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician/ Designer 
  • Experience within residential/multi residential 
  • Strong technical knowledge and documentation ability
  • Proficient in ArchiCAD
  • Confident working independently and within a small collaborative team
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
