Role
- Create detailed documentation for residential and multi residential projects using ArchiCAD.
- Ensure all designs align with NZ building codes and best practice standards.
- Manage and produce documentation for building and resource consents.
- Collaborate closely with directors, clients, consultants, and council representatives.
- Liaising with clients through the process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician/ Designer
- Experience within residential/multi residential
- Strong technical knowledge and documentation ability
- Proficient in ArchiCAD
- Confident working independently and within a small collaborative team
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
