They are growing and launching a series of new investment funds and are looking for a commercially minded Asset Manager to join their Adelaide team - a fantastic opportunity to make an impact across a dynamic property portfolio!

The Opportunity Working across seven active funds, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and execution of asset strategies across a range of property sectors including industrial & logistics, large format retail, childcare, office, fuel and QSR.

This is a hands-on role within a lean, high-performing team, offering strong exposure to fund-level strategy, asset repositioning, leasing, and transaction activity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and assist in day-to-day asset management across multiple funds and properties

Execute asset strategies in line with asset-specific business plans

Identify, plan and manage capital expenditure and value-add initiatives

Drive leasing strategies including lease renewals, negotiations and vacancy management

Prepare assets for sale at fund expiry, including coordinating minor works, R&M and value enhancement initiatives

Assist with property acquisition and sale processes

Manage and oversee external property managers, reviewing monthly reporting and financial performance

Support internal reporting, board papers, presentations and investor materials

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, leasing agents, councils, banks, brokers and consultants

About You

3–5+ years’ experience in asset management or property management

Strong financial and analytical capability

Confident communicator with the ability to engage across stakeholders

Comfortable working in a small team environment with a high-level of autonomy

Commercially astute, detail-oriented and proactive in identifying value creation opportunities
