Key Responsibilities

- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance

- Assist with month-end processes and reporting requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
- Proven experience in a finance, commercial, or analytical role
- Experience managing or supporting payroll processes
- Strong financial modelling and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability
- Experience within a professional services environment is advantageous
