The Opportunity
This is a newly created role supporting the Development Manager and broader team in the delivery of this landmark project. You will play a key role in bringing a globally recognised luxury hotel brand to life, with exposure across pre-opening, delivery and operational transition.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the final delivery of a world-class luxury hotel
- Assisting with pre-opening coordination and handover to Hilton
- Coordinating operational readiness activities, including FF&E/OS&E procurement and integration
- Coordinating premium food & beverage offerings, including a high-end rooftop bar and restaurant
- Supporting retail leasing activities, including Agreements for Lease, Heads of Agreement and deal execution
- Assisting with tenant design coordination and fitout delivery to align with base build programme
- Supporting authority approvals, certification and progression toward Occupation Certificate
- Managing coordination across consultants, contractors, operators and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with post-completion activities including defects, retailer close-out and transition to the asset management team
- Supporting logistics and integration of high-quality finishes, including bespoke and curated elements such as artwork
Following completion, you will have the opportunity to work across a broader pipeline of projects, gaining exposure to all aspects of development over time.
About You
You will be a proactive and driven individual who enjoys working in a collaborative team and taking ownership of your work. This role will suit someone who is eager to learn and build a long-term career in development.
You will bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience in property development, client-side project management or a related field
- Exposure to the development lifecycle, ideally with some involvement in delivery or coordination
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A high level of initiative and a “doer” mindset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
