To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within a shopping centre or retail property environment
- Experience supporting retailer engagement, tenancy management and centre operations
- Exposure to rent collection, arrears management, sales reporting or retailer administration
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
