- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, documenting outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Manage contract obligations, variations, progress claims, and contractor claims.
- Monitor project risks, resolutions, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Contribute to procurement processes and project reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Property Development, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in property development, construction, or project coordination desirable.
- Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise confidently with senior contractors and consultants.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
