About the Role
A Senior Associate/Associate Principal will be a welcome addition to work alongside the Principal and assist with leading the Multi Residential portfolio.
Client facing, leading design conversations and presentations, leading project teams, and representing the studio in coordinating external consultants, this individual will contribute their in-depth knowledge of the Sydney Multi Res market.
As a mentor to the team of mid-level architects, this Architect will be managing projects, leading and guiding a team towards project success whilst
Responsibilities
- Client facing, presenting design and project progress
- Leading project teams through Design to Construction
- Leading and coordinating external consultants
- Contributing in-depth knowledge of the Sydney Multi Res market
- Oversight of mulitple projects
- Mentoring mid-level architects
Qualifications
- Approx 15 years post-graduation experience of Architecture
- NSW Registered Architect
- Experience of delivering multi res projects in accordance with the BDPA, Australian Design Guidelines
- Proven portfolio within largescale Multi Residential in NSW
- Team Leadership experience
