BIM Manager – Global Architecture Studio

Our client is a globally recognised architecture studio, renowned for delivering innovative and design-driven projects across major international markets. With a strong pipeline of complex, large-scale work, they are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and evolve their digital design capability across all stages of project delivery.

This is a key leadership role for a BIM specialist passionate about design technology, offering the opportunity to drive best practice, enhance interdisciplinary collaboration, and support the integration of BIM within a creative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and digital design strategies across projects
  • Oversee BIM execution plans and ensure effective coordination between internal design teams and external consultants
  • Support project teams in leveraging BIM for design development, documentation, and coordination
  • Champion innovation in digital tools and workflows to enhance project delivery and design outcomes
  • Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to elevate BIM capability across the studio
  • Manage BIM protocols, documentation, and ensure alignment with international standards
  • Act as a key interface between design, technical, and project leadership teams
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in BIM leadership within an architectural practice or design-led environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; experience with additional design and visualisation tools advantageous (e.g. Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong understanding of design documentation and project delivery within architecture
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a studio environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead training and influence digital adoption
  • Fluent written and spoken English
