Our client is a highly regarded national architecture and design practice seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to play a key role in the firm's digital design leadership.

This is an opportunity for a technically strong architectural professional to combine project delivery with practice-wide BIM leadership, acting as the link between the national Design Technology team and project teams. The role is focused on driving best practice in BIM, improving digital delivery processes and mentoring project teams, while continuing to contribute to the successful delivery of complex architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design, documentation and client outcomes.
  • Act as the studio BIM lead, driving best practice in Revit, BIM standards and digital project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and BIM support to project teams while continuously improving workflows and digital processes.
  • Monitor project performance, supporting quality assurance, resource planning, risk management and commercial outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing studio culture.
  • Build strong client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and support future project opportunities.
About You
  • Extensive architectural experience with strong technical documentation expertise.
  • Advanced Revit and BIM management capability, with experience developing standards and improving digital workflows.
  • Strong understanding of BIM coordination, quality assurance and digital project delivery.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of project delivery, programme, fees and resource management.
  • Passion for innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within design technology.
