We have a few different Residential Property positions within Disability Housing and Luxury Apartments, dependent on your interest.
General responsibilities will include a mix of admin duties and client-facing responsibilities such as:
- Coordinate client journeys from contract through to settlement and beyond
- Carry out property inspections, defect checks, and project handovers
- Manage maintenance requests, asset records, and admin inboxes
- Be the calm, organised person clients and stakeholders rely on
- 1-2+ years of Property Management, Real Estate/Property Administration or similar experience required
- Proactive, high attention to detail, and people-focused
- Comfortable working across a mix of admin and being customer-facing
- You enjoy being busy and problem solving
- Monday to Friday, No Weekends
- Full-time, Permanent positions
- Ad hoc flexibility offered throughout the week

- One opportunity is around Bayside (Melbourne), the other is around Melbourne ( petrol reimbursement is included )
