Property Manager – Values-led | No Weekends
Join a business that do things differently. This privately owned property group is made up of individuals that are extremely passionate about the outcome for their clients.
We have a few different Residential Property positions within Disability Housing and Luxury Apartments, dependent on your interest.
General responsibilities will include a mix of admin duties and client-facing responsibilities such as:
  • Coordinate client journeys from contract through to settlement and beyond
  • Carry out property inspections, defect checks, and project handovers
  • Manage maintenance requests, asset records, and admin inboxes
  • Be the calm, organised person clients and stakeholders rely on
About you:
  • 1-2+ years of Property Management, Real Estate/Property Administration or similar experience required
  • Proactive, high attention to detail, and people-focused
  • Comfortable working across a mix of admin and being customer-facing
  • You enjoy being busy and problem solving
