An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager (or Development Manager ) with strong capability in delivery-stage and hands-on execution across active developments.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the delivery of residential land development projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage delivery of residential land development projects
- Oversee civil works and infrastructure delivery,
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including councils, consultants, contractors, and community groups where required
About You
- 3–8 years’ experience in project management or development delivery roles
- Strong experience across residential projects, with exposure to industrial projects highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple parties
- Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Strong understanding of delivery-stage project environments
