An opportunity has become available for a Construction Project Manager to join a fast-growing national rollout team delivering a major pipeline of restaurant projects across Australia.

This is a flat-structured, client-side environment led by two construction leaders with strong trade, site management, and engineering backgrounds. The team operates in a highly hands-on but forward-thinking way, with a strong focus on introducing systems, AI tools, and process improvement.

The business is seeking a junior-to-mid level professional (3–5 years’ experience) from a Tier 1 builder, consultancy, or site-based background (e.g. Project Coordinator or Site Engineer). The role is designed for someone early in their career who is looking to step into more ownership across the full project lifecycle.

Role Overview

You will be involved across feasibility, design, procurement, tendering, contracts, and delivery, managing approximately 7-8 projects at varying stages. The role has a split of roughly 60% construction oversight / 40% administration, design, and coordination, with strong exposure to end-to-end project and budget management.

Key Details
  • Hybrid role: 2–3 days in office (Brisbane CBD), 2 days onsite
  • Exposure across base build, fitout, or mixed project types
  • End-to-end responsibility including budgets, tenders, POs, and commissioning
  • Minimal interstate travel (projects span QLD, NSW, NT)
  • Must hold driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle (vehicle allowance + lease option post-probation)
Package
  • $120,000 – $140,000 + Super + LTI
  • 5 weeks annual leave
  • Highly flexible working environment (outcome-focused, not desk-bound)
About the Opportunity

The organisation is in a strong growth phase, with a significant national rollout underway and an expanding pipeline of new restaurants and refurbishments over the next 5-10 years. The focus is on scalable delivery, improved systems, and efficient construction management across a large program of works.

Culture Fit

Culture is critical, this is a collaborative, low-ego team that values initiative, accountability, and a willingness to improve how things are done.

If this opportunity is of interest, please submit your CV.
