Contracts Administrator – $80M BTR Development | Tier 2 Builder
We are currently partnering with a well-regarded Tier 2 head contractor seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the team on an $80M Build-to-Rent development in Sydney.
This opportunity would suit a CA with solid head contractor experience who is confident managing packages independently and contributing across the full project lifecycle from procurement through to delivery.
You will be joining an established delivery team working on a multi-storey residential development, supporting the commercial and construction teams to drive the project through to completion.
The Role
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages
• Contract administration, variations and progress claims
• Commercial reporting and cost management
• Supporting the project team through the full delivery lifecycle
Key Requirements
• Experience working as a Contracts Administrator for a head contractor
• Ability to manage packages independently and work within a delivery team
• Experience delivering multi-storey residential / BTR / mixed-use projects
