The Role:
- Support delivery of a $70M luxury residence from early stages through to completion
- Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract administration
- Work closely with Project Manager, site team, and consultants
- Assist in driving cost control, program, and quality outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a CA on luxury residential projects (essential)
- Exposure to high-end finishes and bespoke builds
- Strong commercial understanding and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a design-led, client-facing environment
