Working across a variety of exciting builds, you will be given genuine ownership of your projects while being supported by a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and progression.
The Role
You will work closely with the commercial team and Project Manager, taking responsibility for the commercial administration of projects including:- Subcontractor procurement and management
- Contract administration and project documentation
- Variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
- Cost tracking, reporting, and forecasting
- Managing subcontractor relationships and commercial outcomes
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish
About You
You will be a driven Contract Administrator who is looking to build a long-term career with a respected contractor. You will ideally have:- Experience working for a T2 head contractor
- Exposure to projects across commercial, industrial, retail, or similar sectors
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- The ambition to grow within a high-performing team
