Contract Administrator | Riverlea, SA

 

The Opportunity

I am seeking to speak with a skilled Contract Administrator to support the delivery of Riverlea for my client Walker Corporation. 
In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager, Development Managers, and Commercial Manager to manage contract administration processes, ensure compliance, maintain accurate records, and provide timely financial reporting. This is a full-time role based at the Riverlea Sales & Discovery Centre, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.

About the Project

Riverlea is South Australia’s largest masterplanned community, previously known as Buckland Park. The project will deliver homes for 30,000 people, commercial hubs, 50ha of lakes, 420ha of open space, several schools, and more. With a $3 billion investment over 20 years , Riverlea will create approximately 10,000 jobs and redefine community living in SA.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess progress claims, variations, and extension of time requests.
  • Process contractor payment certificates and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor contractor performance, cash flow forecasts, securities, and insurance compliance.
  • Assist Senior Project Manager with tendering, contracts, and delegation to site cadet.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
  • Present updates at project meetings and provide commercial input into project reporting.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or similar.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Aconex, Workbench, Bluebeam, Revit, and Webreq.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
