I'm currently partnered with a reputable Tier 2 head contractor that is known for delivering complex new build projects across the health, aged care, and commercial sectors. They are seeking an  experienced CA  to join their team for various different projects.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a driven and commercially minded CA who has experience working within Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environments on large-scale commercial new build projects valued at $50M+.

Reporting to the Project Manager and Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial and contractual management of major projects from procurement through to delivery.

• Managing subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract letting
• Administering subcontract agreements and supplier contracts
• Preparing cost forecasts, financial reports, and budget tracking
• Assessing subcontractor progress claims and variations
• Managing RFIs, EOTs, scope changes, and contractual correspondence
• Assisting in maintaining project budgets and commercial performance
• Supporting project teams to ensure programme and delivery objectives are achieved
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor
• Proven exposure to large-scale commercial new build projects valued at $50M+ and experience working on projects full life cycle
• Experience across health, aged care, commercial, education, or institutional projects highly regarded
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage competing priorities
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
