Join a well-established builder delivering a major multi-stage residential project in Epping.
This is a hands-on Leading Hand role working closely with an experienced site team on a large-scale development (~500 units across multiple buildings), currently moving through structure.
You’ll be part of a business known for strong systems, consistent pipeline, and genuine long-term opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:- Supporting site supervisors across structure and early build stages
- Coordinating trades and day-to-day site activity
- Driving productivity, quality, and site organisation
- Assisting with program delivery and keeping works moving
- Experience on residential projects (ideally Class 2)
- Background as a Leading Hand or strong tradesperson stepping up
- Ability to work across structure (not siloed)
- Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership on site
- $100k – $120k + super (depending on experience)
- Long-term pipeline across multiple projects
- Structured builder with strong site teams and leadership
- Clear pathway into Foreman/Supervisor roles
