Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to signed building contracts.
- Understand clients' needs, budgets and lifestyles to recommend suitable design and build solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing and building contracts.
- Work collaboratively with design, estimating and construction teams to ensure a seamless handover.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking and self-generated leads.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Represent the business at home shows, open homes and other promotional events.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Previous experience in residential building, new home sales, property or consultative sales.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working as an independent contractor.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- A full New Zealand driver's licence.
- Independent contractor position with the flexibility to manage your own schedule.
