The opportunity has become available to be the righthand person to the CEO and founder, as his Executive Assistant.

The Role:
You will be the righthand person to the CEO. Responsibilities include:
  • Manage complex diary, calendar and inbox
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings
  • Arrange travel, itineraries and logistics endto-end
  • Liaise with board members, investors, consultants and key stakeholders
  • Correspondence for buildings owned on CEO’s behalf
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Support with private tasks including personal scheduling and events coordination
  • Manage event planning and logistics for business and private occasions
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems and reduce dayto-day friction
  • Maintain confidentiality across sensitive business and personal matters
  • Ad hoc projects and operational support as required

About You
  • Proven EA experience supporting a Csuite or senior executive
  • Background in property development, real estate, construction or similar industries required
  • Exceptionally organised, discreet and calm under pressure
  • A natural anticipator you solve problems before they arise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing private and personal tasks with professionalism
  • Techsavvy with strong Microsoft Office and calendar management skills
  • Thrives in a fastpaced, in-office environment
