Position: Estimator. Part-time, full-time, or hybrid: open for the right person.
Location: Flexible. Auckland, Christchurch, Alexandra, Clyde, or anywhere around Central Otago.
Scope:
  • Stage 4 villa tendering and contract letting at Amberley Country Estate (North Canterbury) and Aurum on Clutha (Clyde, Central Otago).
  • Tendering and contract letting for the community facilities buildings at both sites, circa $7M each.
Must-have: Commercial estimating experience. We're building houses, but the work sits inside multi-stage retirement village developments and the right person needs to hold that bigger picture. Purely residential won't fit.
