My client is seeking an  Estimator / Senior Estimator to join them for a short term contract supporting the existing team on diverse portfolio of commercial and retail construction projects .

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates across multiple commercial and retail projects
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop robust pricing strategies
• Manage full tender processes, including subcontractor engagement and pricing analysis
• Identify cost risks, value engineering opportunities, and buildability considerations
• Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and senior stakeholders
• Provide strategic input on procurement and program considerations

About You

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor environment
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to price complex, multi-package projects
• Highly autonomous , proactive, and confident in decision-making
• Versatile and adaptable, able to work across a range of project types and values
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in estimating software and construction methodologies
